Please have the following information available:
- Your distributor or OEM
- Product model number
- Product serial number
- Software version.
In older models, the software version can be found in the following locations:
QC 100, QC 200, QC 300, Gage-Chek, SC 100, TC 100 and TC 200: on the Setup "About" screen
QC 1000 & QC-2000: displayed on power-up
QC 3000: on the first screen
QC 4000: located under FILE/ABOUT
QC 5000: located under HELP/ABOUT QC-5000
